New Streamlined Ejari Registration Available with AQARI

Overview:


On June 4 2025 it was announced that Injaz Real Estate Registration Trustee, in partnership with the Dubai Land Department (DLD), has launched a new WhatsApp-based feature enabling remote Ejari registration through its AQARI platform for Dubai based tenants.  


Key Changes 

  • Applications for Ejari registration are now available online through as simplified WhatsApp chat rather than requiring in person visits or App downloads 

  • Not only can new Ejari registrations be applied for, but also the Renewal and Cancellation of existing Ejari registrations can be completed through WhatsApp 

  • A fully remote service, required documentation can be uploaded directly into the platform and any associated fees can be paid online immediately 

  • New services can be initiated by sending a WhatsApp message to 6005AQARI (+971 600 527274) 



 Important Notes 

  • Ejari registrations are mandatory for all rental lease agreements 

  • Tenants must ensure accurate and timely registration, to avoid complications in the future 

  • Ejari registration is required for DEWA connections and family visa applications
