Overview:
Poland has confirmed the launch of the new MOS IT system, introducing a fully digital process for residence applications.
Key Changes:
From 27 April 2026, applications for temporary residence, permanent residence, and EU long-term resident status must be submitted exclusively online via the MOS portal. Paper applications received after 26 April will not be processed, and the previous MOS system has been deactivated.
Important Notes: The date of application submission will be determined by its arrival in the system, reinforcing the shift to a fully digital process.
